K Raheja Corp launches Hyderabad flats starting at Rs 40 lakh

K Raheja Corp, one of India’s biggest real estate developers, announced the launch of the fourth tower of its Raheja Vistas project in Nacharam in Hyderabad East.

The tower will have 12 storeys and offer 2- and 3-bedroom flats starting at Rs 40 lakh each.

“With the first three towers sold out we are confident of a strong response for the 4th tower too,” said Kishore Bhatija, who heads real estate development operations of K Raheja Corp.

The company said the flats will have “ample natural light” to supplement the natural feel provided by “vast green spaces” in the complex.

“With contemporary designs, vaastu compliance and IGBC registered green homes; the offering is the best this micro-market offers,” it claimed.

A report by Anarock Consultants recently held Hyderabad to be the best performing real estate market among the topic cities in India.

Even as markets such as Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai saw sales of real estate properties fall by 20-25% in 2017, Hyderabad had witnessed an increase of 21% in sales, the report noted.

The primary driver of Hyderabad’s real estate market is the local IT industry, as well as demand from US-based NRI buyers.
