Ambience says keen to lease commercial space in Gurgaon

Ambience Pvt. Ltd., a real estate developer company mainly having focus on premium developments, is in the process of leasing out a recently constructed corporate office tower in Gurgaon with one million sq ft of leasable area, the company said.

The real estate firm expects to earn Rs 150 crore of annual rental income by leasing out this commercial space. Out of the total area, Ambience has already leased out 2.5 lakh sq ft to Panasonic India, country’s leading consumer electronics company, it said.

This newly constructed office space has been constructed at an investment of about Rs 150 crore and is a part of the company’s township project ‘Ambience Island’, which is sprawled across 135 acres.

Ambience Island is situated right on the Delhi-Haryana Border on the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway of NH 8, alongside the vast Rajokri Greens. This project also comprises of premium homes, ‘Leela Ambience’ hotel with over 400 keys and a shopping mall spread across 1.8 million sq ft.

Commenting on the development, Aman Singh Gehlot, Director, Ambience Group said, “We are delighted to have Panasonic India as our tenant at our newly constructed corporate office tower in Gurgaon… We are in talks with 3-4 other corporates to lease the remaining area in the building and hope to complete the entire leasing of this building by the end of this year.”

Being located on National Highway-8, Ambience’s Tower will allow maximum visibility to it’s tenants serving as an effective marketing tool, the company claimed.

The Ambience Group has presence in Delhi and Gurgaon. In Delhi, it has a ‘Kempinski Ambience’ hotel comprising 480 keys and a one million sq ft shopping mall at Vasant Kunj. Recently, the company entered Noida market where it would build 280 flats in the 3.5-acre project at an investment of Rs 465 core.
